I did not notice it on my first tank of 87. I just filled up and now it sounds like my grandmothers Ford Granada at WOT. RMA time to Summit Racing. I can't deal with this!

I had what I thought was pinging with the 87 tune as well. Wasn't bad, but there none the less.
Switched to the tow tune, works better and no pinging.

I would try the tow tune but I have a tank full of 87 now.

Tow tune on 87 works ok even though they recommend 91?

Always ran my Tow tune with 87 Octane, no pinging, same seat of the pants power as the 87 tune...less the pinging.
