Did I miss something in the ad? Doesn't the X/Sahara already have the 2.72:1 and the Rubi a 4:1?

Just think about it, with a Rubicon, you could get up in the morning, start the Jeep, put the transfer case in 4 lo, the rubicrawler in lo, the trans in first, let it idle off, go back inside, make coffee, have breakfast, take a shower, and if the little lady is willing, well you know.......and still catch the Jeep, before it gets to the end of your driveway.

There is part of me that wants one, and another part that says thats a little to slow for even me.

Nice post. I posted a heads up on this a couple of months ago. This is the first I've seen it on the AA site, though.

I assume if anything went wrong while driving, the warranty would be out the window the minute it's installed.

Or can you easily remove it, getting it to factory?

say you got a rubi with a manual this reduction box and 5.13 gearing your craw ratio would be 248.93 that low

reduction in lo and the tcase in low would be 10.8 ratio right there

Won't work with a 6spd. It's only for the auto. Best bet with a 6spd is the Atlas 4spd.
