I've got a Rugged Ridge HD stubby with X-Striker on order - winch capable, accepts factory fogs, and with a little drilling you could likely mount any standard light. I believe there may be some quality issues with this bumper, but I can let you know once I get it if you like
Mine is a 2008 Jeep accessory. Light, strong and can be removed (without winch) with 1 hand. I modified it to clear the wheels but check out its approach angle. Probably better than the stock Jeep plastic bumper. And uses the stock Jeep tow hooks and mounting system. Very compact.
