When I run mine with windows out I tuck the flap that goes across the back into the channel for the rear window it fits in real snug an seems to kill the flapping noise. It seems that the fabric flapping back there is what causes the rear bow to kind of bounce so this eliminated that for me. I have no pics of this because its a little cold here yet for bikini mode but I can try post later this week it's supposed to warm up here in Alberta.

I see if that fixes it later this week when its back to upper 80's. If that don't work I'll try tucking rearmost flap into channel like above post mentions

Well last night I tried Windows out again. I had gotten the center straps tighter with it being so warm last week (we were 100 degrees) and still lots of deflection over rear seat arch. Wasnt as bad. Got a video on cell just gotta load to computer cause to large to do over phone. Ill try posting it up later

Looking at the photo it appears you are missing the two metal clips that attach to the role bar. The aluminum channel slides into the metal clips to prevent it from flapping.

There are two version of this top. The first pic shows the rear bow bracket (generation 2). The second pic shows straps (generation 1) that held down the top. I have the rear bow bracket on my 4 door which is the second generation of the top.

My rear "support" bar over back seat flaps around VERY VIOLENTLY.... Not the fabric but the aluminum bar.... But it only started doin this after I installed a 50" led.... Lil loud if windows are shut but as soon as I crack a window it stops the sou d and lessens the up and down flapping of the bar
