No, it's not. You want it square, right? As Mschneid said get an Adjustable Track Bar and that will make the tires sit perfectly square on the frame/under the body

You want it to drive straight, right? As foo.c said set the LCAs to the same length and check the toe.

Since you want it square and want it to drive right you need to do both.

I do welcome and appreciate and take into mind all opinions and suggestions because I don't know much (still learning--first jeep and lift).... Please keep them coming...SO FAR.. i think i probably need an adjustable track bar. i think I need to have my control arms adjusted to the same length, and i need to check my toe in...Am i on the right track???
You have two posts going and your getting confused. After reading and replying to both I think I have your answer.

On one post you mentioned that you adjusted the LCA to get the axle to move over to the passanger side which threw it out of square. The other post says you have a pull to the right. I believe since you adjusted the lower control arm to move the axle you created the pull. Where you should have installed and adjusted the track bar.

Buy an adjustable track bar (I got mine from 4wd.com for $160 Rubicon Express) try to get your LCA back to even THEN adjust the track bar to get your axle square.

Yeah, I'm sure you'll get it set - you're almost there.

It's pretty simple, if your wheels are pointed straight it doesn't matter if they are shifted to the left, right or centered. You go straight. Some trucks even come from the factory with the axles shifted.

An adjustable trackbar is not a bad idea though. It looks better and will be less likely to rub when stuffed.

I still think your wheels are towed out. You can check this yourself with a tape measure. See the basic alignment write up.

Also it's possible you have a bad tire, sometimes this can cause a pull. You can check this yourself by moving the front tires left to right, If it pulls to the left now, it's the driver side tire that's bad. If it still pulls right do the same with the rear tires.

Foo is not sending conflicting info. He is right in that exaggerated example. What you did was adjust one LCA to much and different than the opposite side to adjust something that LCAs do not adjust making it pull.. Trakbar and LCAs are completely different.

What's the caster and toe set at? I would ditch either the control arms or the correction brackets and get a new alignment. Have you tried rotating tires front to rear?

Sorry for the mis understanding.... the original problem was a bad pull to the right after the initial lift.. not that the "axle was pulled out to the right"... so the adjustable CA's were installed to get the "pull" out (as in when i let go of the wheel, the jeep ran off the road to the right).. so in order to get the jeep to drive straight, the passenger side CA is adjusted approx 1 1/2" longer than the driver side.. so in my mind, this is not "square" sort of crabbed one way

Man that's a lot. I'm surprised they could even get it to bolt up like that. Do you adjustable upper CAs too?
