Too funny, my friend and I had the same problem. It was tight, used the same tool as you did to instill the bump. We even had to use his jeep front bump to push my bump to line up the holes...lol but I did not drop the bump on toe. I can see how it can happen. Hope you are feeling better.

LOD Rocks

Called them up this morning and they were actually expecting the call. THe rear bumper came in 3 deliveries. 1) The reverse lights 2) the Bumper 3) The tires carrier. LOD ran out of the linkages and they didnt want to hold up the order on the rest of the parts. They overnighted me the linkage on friday. CHris from LOD said Id be receiving it today and I did. Got home from work and there it was. I just finished the install.

They really did their homework on this thing. Its got an amazing design. The door linked tire carrier is brilliantly simple. The install is solid. Nothing rattles.

Im going to install the two cross member bolts. After what all you guys have said it makes complete sense if I plan on towing things.
Im taking friday off to do the lights. I need to think this one through. I have not decided if im going to run them externally, or run them internally.

As far as my toe, it was ugly before and even uglier now.

Just got done wiring it up. I ran the wire from the bumper, up through the tail light cavity, under the carpet, through the firewall, yadda yadda yadda. ANyway, heres the pics ofthe final product. I can honestly say my Jeep is now a tank. these bumpers are sick.
