Which long arm to choose?

How could a long arm not give you more flex if that was he case then why do people go long arm if there's no benefits

They have other benefits such as reducing rear steer, and if properly set up will raise your roll center and allow you to get rid of the track bar, they will reduce the amount of front to rear movement in your axle while articulating. You will find there are other things that limit your "flex" on the JK. Picking the proper components and installing them to maximize the potential of the suspension is the key. Just adding longer arms will not really do much for the system.

I think the best long arm is through Claton's Off Road I have a 6" on mine with Synergy Suspensions 6" Kit with Fox Racing Shocks!

You should do a build thread on that set up. Its pretty rare doing a 6" lift on the JK. Clayton does make a nice lift if you like the front radial design. I have installed them on tj's but not on the JK. I do like the new cross member they have with the integrated control arm mounts.
