Lookin to commit murder...
People should not be afraid to post anything on this forum, even poser mall crawlers
. Just be prepared to hear dissenting opinions.Actually, I really respect the OP for being cool with the feedback!
X2. He was cooler about it than some others. He knew we were ribbin him in good faith. In the end, I don't care if somebody wants to put 26s on a Jeep. It's their Jeep. That kinda thing just ain't my bag. I'm also prepared to take ribbin from folks who think "MY" idea of a cool Jeep ain't a good idea. That's what it's all about.

ok ok ok, so 20's are bad and 18's are good, and 4 - 4.5" of backspace is required, roughly 3" of lift to safely clear 35's?
now is there any concern for driveshafts... I hear the boots tear on some lifts, is this due to the higher lifts or has it happened on 3" ones too?
now my door handles are black, whats my option for the locks?
I still want this post to be a serious one, and I really need all the help I can get, along with the jokes.
BTW what in the blue hell is a mall crawler?

A mall crawler is just that. Never goes off road. Only cruises the mall scene and on pavement. A poser.
Personally, I think 15s and 35s are best.
Anyway to each his/her own.

I have a Zone 3 in lift and could clear 35' no problem. I currently have 33 13.5 18's, but I may sell them and go with some 35 12.5 nittos. There are many 2.5-3 inch kits out there for not much $. If you are gonna do some serious off-roading, you may need to spend some more and get control arms, and an adjustable front track bar. My driveshafts havent given me a problem, and to my knowledge, no one else who runs the Zone lift have had issues either. TF and rough country make nice kits too that will get you where you need to be to run 35's. There is an orange jeep on here with 20's and 35's....let me see if I can find it.
Mall Crawler-some one who never goes off-road, kinda like me, unless the beach counts. Didnt buy mine for that, I have a tj, a grizzly 660, and tractors for that if need be.
