I bought an aftermarket driveshaft that cleared the exhaust by about a quarter of an inch when the Jeep was on the shop rack and the front axle was at full droop. I didn't feel comfortable with that little bit of clearance, so I also installed the aFe y-pipe to relocate the exhaust crossover. Now if I go to a long arm kit in the future or get some extreme articulation with my current suspension, I won't need to worry about clearance issues with the driveshaft.
Well, they just won't make it easy for us, will they?

No they don't make it easy, but now that mine is done, I'm happy with it. Good luck with yours.

I will try and shoot some pics and post tonight. I like it because it gave me the height I needed for good clearance around 285/70-17 tires, and requires no mods to drive-line or any other consequential mods. I did add the LCAs because having the proper caster improves the ride drastically IMO.

I am very happy with the result. The only other mod I am itching to do is big brakes because I think the stock brakes are under-achievers. I am guessing they are shared with a Dodge Charger . . .
