So the new 2013 soft tops have a spring assist, Has anyone thought about putting a spring from the front spreader bar mount to the front spreader bar? Figure it's not difficult to put the top up and down, but anything to make things easier would be worth a look at.

I picked up my 2012 JK in may. Ever since I have been looking for a decent side view mirror for when the doors are off. I didn't want to do a relocation kit and I wasn't thrilled with any of the quick connect mirrors I could find.
Finally today I said screw it and picked up some small convex mirrors at a auto parts shop and used some Velcro to attach the to the air vents. Cost me $5 for the mirrors and $2 for the Velcro.
Doesn't get much easier or cheaper than that.
Visibility isn't great. But it works.

Doesn't seem like the right way to treat the flag of this great nation.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I keep my flag flying in my front lawn.

When I saw that mod, (the flag) I immediately thought about doing the same thing with a Gadston flag.
