And buddy... just love your "well known brand" reference. What does it really mean? I see two "well known" companies here.... one for it's pumping of ad dollars upon the unsuspecting and one because of a reputation has been built in the off road industry. Either company may or may not put out good product, but being a well known company has nothing to do with it. Your former leader was well known, as was his likeness, Kim Jong Il... neither of which turned out a quality product.
Ok "Sir Smartass" haha. You seemed to have a lot to say there with ABSOLUTELY no input on control arms. What are your opinions on the topic here. And by they way I ask the manufacturer for comparison of the 2 products not a sales pitch.

I'd look into the Teraflex ones you can rebuild them $39 for the kit probably cheaper in USA or free .... I think Teraflex guarantee's for life. My friend has the RK and his front LCA is shot (2 yrs on jeep....mild offroading) and he had to replace the whole arm.... Don't know if their product has changed recently.... I have the Teraflex ones.

spiced crusher, can you please explain the differences between the synergy and the rock krawler arms and why the rock krawler is better?
I am not being a smartass but you made the statement and I would like to hear the resoning behind it. And please don't feed me the line about rock kralwer kits being upgradeable.

Smartass.... ? I think not. My guess would be that if my ass was smart, it'd hurt after a long night drinking. Hmm... two reasons I am happy my ass doesn't hurt in the morning.

My opinion on control arms for you is..... to do your own, even headed research. Asking a manufacture to compare it's products to it's competitor is asinine. Either you are fishing for a specific answer or you're an idiot. My guess is the former. Just buy the RK kit if that's what you want, but save us from coming back here in a month telling us it's the best and have no idea why you are saying that. We don't need more sales drones as you've seen posting in this thread.

I'm just trying to find the best product for my money and I am completely lost as far as control arms and joints. This is the first time I have bought something like this and I can't afford to buy them 2-3 times.

A good place to start might be that thread listed in the bottom of DIRTMAN's thread. He posted in your thread, look up to find it. After you've read that, my suggestion would be to take a few and Google some of the stuff that you think you need to learn a bit more about, then come back here with some specific questions. Be very cynical of the answers you get, some here will regurgitate what their favorite website/poster has stated, other might actually understand the theory and why certain things work and don't. In your research, don't be Jeep/4WD specific at first... you're looking to get a primer on theory.

If you are down to either synergy or rock krawler arms, the choice should be pretty easy to make.

You want the best arm for your money, but what does that mean? What are your criteria? What is your budget, some people want the best until they find out what "the best" cost. Do you wheel? and if so what kind of wheeling do you do? Weekend rig or dual purpose with daily driving?
Your profile is not filled out so all I can tell about you is that you have a 3" lift and have a 50" light bar.

Every day people ask these vauge questions of what is best and the "I run **** and it is the best" responses come out. There is no one best out there only the best for what you are doing that fits your budget.

I am looking for something that will stand up to the miles of daily driving but still perform off road. I wheel probably 2 times a month. Nothing crazy but not dirt roads by any means...
