Having a lift is another story.
I do two arms at a time. Otherwise, it's a pain to bolt them up as one arm is longer. Put a GC ARB on my dad's jeep this weekend and had no issues. Track bars i do last and on flat ground. <img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=555902"/> <img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=555903"/> <img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=555904"/>
Yeah, the lift makes things a lot easier
They are the Poison Spyder standard width. We put those on after the lift. Busy weekend: GC lift, PSC fenders, PSC diff covers, Adam's driveshaft, mounted and installed 5 Nitto's on 5 ATX Slabs. Also found time yesterday to put the extended brake lines on the rear (I don't use the front as it's not worth the spongy brake pedal risk and because the stock are plenty long).
Brawler II rear bumper is next weekend, along with sleeves and gussets. Getting there!

^^^agree. Rear is the same. If doing it on the ground, I use a floor jack under the diff to move the housing and line it up. Obviously, you need to be much more careful with coils in, but usually they are out if you are installing an entire kit.

I put my LOD bumper on this weekend as well.
I don't understand why anyone wouldn't do it with the tires on the ground. It's way easier and WAY safer than jack stands.
Oh, gotcha. I may have misread what you said. Yes, if not using an auto-lift, I keep the tires on and do it on the ground. Using jack stands under the axle or frame is not a safe approach. By keeping the driveshaft connected and using a floor jack, I'll still do two arms at once. If the drive shaft is off, then one at a time since there is nothing to stop the axle from rotating.
