They purposely didn't put grease fittings on their arms so people would never grease them with improper grease.

You can always add a grease fitting and get a tube of their grease, instead of the can they send you.

I would like to help, as I am certain that the squeaking you are hearing is not the duroflex bushing. They do not squeak. We can almost always track down the squeaking and it is never the duroflex bushing.

If speed bumps are causing the squeak it is likely loose control arm bolts , loose track bar bolts, track bar OEM bushing wear, sometimes discos.

Please call Metalcloak and ask for Doug and I will try to help.

I checked torque before I removed the arms and they were good. Unbolted axle end and swung arm down and heard the exact noise I heard on speed humps. No noise on micro rotation, squeaks on macro rotation. Removed joints and found it was very dry and was causing the joint material to "chatter squeak" against the metal. Cleaned, relubed and noise is gone.

It wasn't isolated to speed HUMPS. Quick flex would cause it as well.

With all do respect, it's a little arrogant to be so certain the squeaking is not the duroflex bushing without knowing what I had done to isolate and troubleshoot the issue.

I would not have made my comment so certain if I was merely speculating.

Any of you guys getting clanking sounds from the Tri rate coils?
I have 3.5" and the front clank over bumps. I can reproduce the sound just by lightly hitting them with my fist.
They also both have slight bow laterally ? Took the whole front apart again yesterday to triple check the upper isolator was centered and it was perfect as well as the bottom is perfectly aligned in the perch notch.

JKS track bar has the axle centered to within 1/8" as well.

Got a few emails in to Dave @ Northridge and he in turn emailed MC ...3 times over the last two weeks with zero response from them.

Not leaving a good taste about MC customer service

Funny you say that.

When I installed my lift on my '13 (currently have a '14 with a MC lift) I had the same issue. Or so I thought. I checked everything possible. Thought the coils
Were rattling, thought they were hitting the pucks.

Turns out the front sway bar was hitting the end of the round crossmember that goes through the front of the frame when I'd go in and out of parking lots and hit big bumps. I sawed off the ends of the crossmember with a saws all and no more issue. I did it to my '14 before I even lifted it. Apparently it's worse on the later models.

Is there a reason you're not picking up a phone and calling MC themselves? They've always been very fast at assisting me and others with this primitive method. You should try it.

I have also noticed this went out wheeling with a group of people the 2014 sway bars would hit when we tried to disconnect them and move them up and out of the way. My 2012 has no issues with this.

Smart ass comment necessary? Thought I'd go through the people I purchased through first.

Try it?

I wish it was that but they just seem to clank themselves. They aren't making contact with anything which is the puzzler in all this.....

I think you should recheck very closely. I jacked with mine for weeks thinking it was that very thing. I would bump the coils with my hand and they would make the sound I thought I was hearing.

Make sure your sway bar isn't hitting the crossover and make sure your links aren't hitting the coils.
