I had waited till there was free shipping then pulled the trigger for the 3.5 ARB complete kit. With military discount.yes the instructions could use a little work. But if you study around beforehand, both on the MC site, and others you should be able to figure most out. I messed up the front brake lines, gave a call cause I was confused and got it straightened out right away. At the same time I asked about the sway bar arms. Mine are solid ( I have a JKUR) and the sway bar in front was pointed up. Was told that that is intentional to allow for flex. Have had it on for two months now and been up to Monarch CO. And also Silverton CO with the mod. Works great both on and odd road. Still running OEM tires until I can afford some 315/70/17 with new wheels. The wife was complaining about getting in so I solved the bro elm and installed Rock Slide stepper slider. Not cheep but now the wife is happy. So far they work great also. Solid and heavy as hell. Should be able to take a beating. Just need to instLl the led lights in them so it's easier to use at night.

2014 JKUR with MC 2.5 G-C ARB. With the above reference points, I netted exactly 3.69" in the front and 3.69" in the rear with stock bumpers, carrier, etc. Surprised, as I was hoping to eliminate the factory rake. I still have a 1" disparity front to rear.

Same here with rake and 2.5". Steel stubby bumper, 8k winch, no rear bumper, matching spare. I'll eventually throw in 1" spacers in the front.

There are heat shields installed that can and will cut you like a fish. lol. Ask me how I know.

? You just bend the heat shields out of the way. Wasn't a big deal on my '14.

I just removed and reinstalled mine. 10 mm combo wrench IIRC. No sweat.

FWIW... here's a couple of pics of my 2014 JKUR with MC 2.5 ABR + Nemesis relocation brackets + Racelines + 35" KM2's, wearing stock bumpers/flares/DS. Of course the front tires contact the front bumper with even the slightest stuff (while turning). No problems with factory trimmed pinch seam. Awaiting Nemesis Flares/Rockers + GenRight bumpers (need to be PC'd) and TW DS. The measurements I posted earlier were with doors, soft top and stock tire/carrier.

Anyone else have a difficult time torquing the countersunk rear track bar/bracket bolt? I tightened it to spec, but tore up that damn hex socket bolt. I'll probably install a new one.

Did you use the right size hex for the bolt? I installed one earlier this year on a friends jeep and never had a problem.

The hex used has to fit perfect or it will strip.
What is the torque spec on that ?
