Mirror Relocation Kit Pros vs. Cons
I have the RR relocation brackets and they work great for me. I switch to soft doors around April and run with either no doors at all or just the lower half of the soft doors all summer. With no doors or just the lower half of the soft doors, the mirrors are fully visible and functional on both sides. When winter comes I move the mirrors back to my full metal doors.
I'm surprised no one mentioned the Dietech mirror brackets. They use your stock mirrors which come off with just two bolts and then attached to your top door bolt area. You get the same viewing as you would with your doors on. The one drawback for some might be the need to remove the mirrors from the door but I found it easy to do and made storing my doors easier as well.
Of course, I just got a deal on a set of stock mirrors for $80 so now I can just mount them to the brackets so I won't have to take the mirrors off my doors now.

The Dietech Mirror Brackets are actuall pretty cool. i was just looking for a more permint thing so i wouldnt have to move them back and forth. but if i had an extra set of factory mirrors then i would go with those. they look like they work great!
I don't have any great pics of the Dietech brackets but you can kind of see them in the below picture. Mine is the black Jeep but you can see it better on my brother in law's green Jeep. And as I mentioned, the passenger side mirror is 100% viewable since it sits in the same location as when the doors are on. Taking the mirros off and putting them on the brackets is a 5 minute job. With the extra set of mirrors, it will be even faster. Maybe not perfect for permanent solutions but really not that big of a deal if you run with the doors off a lot.
