I could not get used to the RR passenger side mirror, as it is always partially blocked, and frankly, that is the mirror that is the most important to me. I took them off and sold them.

I have the brackets and I installed a small convex mirror onthe bottom corner of the factory mirror that gives me a better view. I liked it so much I bought one and put it on the driver side as well. I now have all the rearward vision I need

I don't think that would get you out of a ticket if those are your only mirrors.

X2 I also went to the wreckers and got a second set of mirrors to keep on the brackets.

You only need 1 mirror...the round mirrors are just helpful seeing whats next to you...the rear view is the only mirror you really need to be legal

i use the RR brackets, and as everyone is saying your passenger side mirror is useless with the doors on, but its not bad when you take the doors off!! ease install and looks good.

Set of Harley mirrors dropped in the door hinge and you are good to go part numbers in my sig below less than $70 a set including the acorn nut when I bought them.

Dude just unscrew the bottom mirror bolt a little and give it a nice whack with a hammer, learned this after trying to pop a vein in my neck and smacking my self in the head pulling the S.O.B our by this little wiggle and pull thing people talk about.
