Muffler Relocation - What fits?

I have a 2 door, and I had to relocate the Evap, I installed a Flowmaster 44, I love throaty pipes, but wish I would have went with a F Master 40 instead, slightly more mellow. It fits great, and I got the muffler for 60 bucks new on ebay, and my local shop put it in for 80 bucks, not bad at all!! I have pics if anyone has a 2 door.

I really want to do this mod but am concerned about the brake lines that run on the inner frame. Have you noticed any brake fade with the muffler being that close to the brake lines?

i want to do this on my 2 door with the new dynomax vt. is that an off set in and off set out?
