Jack up jeep (front end) put it on stands. Take off tire, take nut off tie rod end (21mm I believe), tap it with hammer and take it out of housing. Get some vice grips and turn it clock wise... WOL has a write up on this...

you take that bilstein steering stab off yet ? i tried one and it pushed my rig to the left.... took it off straight as a arrow

You can see how the driver tire is outside the bumper (pointing).. That's either axle shift or an alignment issue..

Will replacing the old SS solve the issue or is the Bilestein so good to be removed??

Ummm, not sure about your wording, but you won't know for sure if its the bilstein stabilizer until you take it off.

Oops , I meant will removing the Bilestin SS and replace it with the stock SS solve the problem or the Bilestein is considered an excellent SS to take off.

The bilstein is gas charged, stock one is not. The bilstein may be causing the push to the left. You will not know until you put the stocker back on or just run no stabilizer and see if the pull is gone.
