Lots of companies make 3" lifts.

Go to any website and look at all the options available and start narrowing down your choices. (TeraFlex and Northridge4x4 would be two very good places to start...)

Once you find a lift you like, come back here and 'search' on that particular lift. Odds are really good that you'll find a dozen threads telling you everything you want to know about it.

Hunting and camping gear, Unlimited, 35s and an automatic place you pretty squarely in the need to re-gear category or opting for nearly always having OD off.

As for bumpers and rust, there aren't many that have issues, just make sure you see powder coat in their description and do a quick search on "bumper rust" to remove any of the problem children.

The lift and your needs as specified call for a lower center of gravity lift and staying at 2.5-3" gets you where you want to be. For what I believe to be an exceptional value, check out Northridge4x4's OME long travel kit.

Last thing, think long and hard about the manual/auto transmission. Not that it would be great, but witha manual and 35s at least you won't need to re-gear out of the box.
