Need new shocks ASAP -- Rancho RS9000XL or Bilstein 5100
I ordered them from 4 Wheel Parts here in Canada for $380 which is pretty good. Not sure I'll be able to use the rebate.. the fine print says it is US only but 4 Wheel Parts told me it would still work..
What surprised me was right before the guy hung up he said he'd call me in a week to tell me when the shocks might be here.. That doesn't sound good..
I was alittle confused on the part numbers as well.. I hope I ordered the right models..

I wish I could beat or even match $327 delivered. We are much smaller than some of the 'big' dealers out there, but I will do my best to hook you guys up with our best price possible.
As a small business owner, my goal is to make up that value in other areas such as great customer service and fast shipping. Feel free to contact me any time with questions

THROUGH OFF ROAD ELEMENTS ) Great service , he goes out of his way to help any question you might have too .
my order will arrive tomorrow
not sure to use the rubber boots or not in NewHampshire we get some nasty winter salt and calcium im wondering if the boots will seal the grime in there or keep it out ??????
it cleans up but it might be better to run bootless
(also ive seen some people run shocks with the boot on the bottom in rear are they ok upside down ? confusing they were bilistien
oh btw the gussets haven't been welded I placed it there to see the fitment
but you can see the type of salt we get so not sure to use boots or not
heres a pic of my old sport with salt with 225 wheels lol

For the 9000's no. Mount them the way they are designed. Back in the day you could mount them rod up, but a design change a while back doesn't allow for it.
In regards to BOOTS, we provide them to protect the rod from nicks.... but many chose not to run them.

Are you saying boot goes on bottom for front and rear shocks ? post correct direction pic please thanks
I believe (as mentioned earlier) some Billy's mount rod down, which you can do with a monotube style of a shock. And black boots are cheap.
For us the P/N for black boots is RS1952

through summit 18.00 just not digging the red boots ( extra parts )
now ill have to wait for those before getting them on
I like the darker look on my jeep . Think the black will blend in better on mine its preference I guess ?
