I am looking at designing and fabricating new front and rear fenders for my 07 JK 2dr. Unfortunately I have no experience with metal work, welding, and pipe bending. I was wondering if there is anyone in the Gwinnett, GA area who would like to join me on this venture whos has a some experience with this line of work. Below are a few 3D model images of the design that I have come up with. Of course the design may change during the fabrication process. only problem I see is the top part will keep water , probably some holes will take care of that

nice looking design. you can bolt any hunk of metal to the fenders but how strong of a mount will you have. the pictures look great but the final product and its strength will be the determing factor for most of us looking a steel flares. great ideas though and i think that if your fab skills are as good as your cad drawings you will be selling them like hot cakes.
