Default Next Upgrade?

Hello everybody, I thought I would seek the experts advice.

I have a 2009 jeep rubicon unlimited
35" tires
No lift
Cut fenders
Evap skid

I'm looking for advice on my next upgrade I have about $1000 to play with give or take.

Should I buy a engo winch 10000lb synthetic line $510 and some other accessories.
Metal cloak Adjustable control arms? $1200
Metal cloak 3.5" dual rate lift kit $1200

I know with the 35s I won't have to much up travel with no lift which is limiting my offroad capabilities. So a lift would be nice, but I want to do it right the first time with a solid lift which isn't over 4". I would like to replace my driveshafts later on which isn't on my agenda right away.

Any opinions would help,

The tire carrier would just be cosmetics, it would serve a purpose later on but defiantly would not be my first choice. It is a unreal looking tire carrier though. I would really like the winch, there is a really good deal going on right now which I might take advantage of.

I feel like I'm going to need some sort of lift soon if I want to do any kind of offroading with the tires I have.

There is a deal that is local which is a Fab Four bumper with grill gaurd for $650.

There is defiantly to many good deals right now.

I'd go lift. Better performance, and change the whole look/stance of your Jeep

X3 for the lift. No need for the others if you can't get some off roading in.

Thanks guys, should I just do coils and springs or wait to do control arms, springs and shocks at the same time?

Lift! And u can find them cheaper than that! Buddy of mine just spent 500 direct from skyjacker for a 2.5 " sport lift with track bar relocation brackets, 3/4" Daystar coil spacers and rough country 1.75" wheel spacers.... All for I think $530
