Go lift! Save money and go with the Teraflex carrier if you need something to hang the 35!

That's not to bad eh, I should look at other company's for sure, I do have my heart set on the metal cloak lift, I would love to be able to upgrade the kit to the game changer minus the shocks which are cool but wouldn't be to practical in my situation. I'm sure I could find a decent lift for a good price but I don't want to have to swap it out and sell it to upgrade over and over again.

It's a 2 door with 285 tires but look at it next to my 4 door Rubi with 4" Skyjacker lift and 315s

Most other lift companies make sure that the lift they sell is full upgradable. Teraflex and Rock Krawler are both fully upgradeable.

Metal Cloak does make some amazing products. Very high quality and a durable product.

Go for the lift! I just bought a 4" skyjacker lift off of quadratic.com and it was only 1100$. Included springs, shocks, track bar brackets, control arms ect. All the things you need for what I think to be a good starting lift and great for the price. I will be installing it today (hopefully getting it all done), as soon as the garage heats up. ::winks::

Sorry bro but skyjacker lifts aren't a great product(poor springs and shocks that wont last)you get what you pay for. But you end up spending more in the end when you have to start replacing parts or do a complete overhaul.

That's exactly it, I don't want to install something and it either crap out on me or break on the trail. I was thinking of going with the metal cloak lift just the basic where I can run my stock control arms and shocks till I have the money to upgrade them both with high end products

May be a stupid question, but are you planning to put the lift on yourself? If not you're going to shell out a good chunk of money for someone else to do it. If you are gonna do it yourself I'd go with the lift first and then add on from there. Will definitely change the look/performance of your rig.

If you decide to wait on the lift I say go w/ the Engo and some Trucklites. Just got my 10000s last week and Trucklites the week before... wish I did the Trucklites sooner (Engo $419 shipped, Trucklites $430).

Good luck and keep us posted!!
