Default Off Road Elements is incredible!

Big thanks to off road elements for all the help they have given me in the past few months while I began my slow build, and the customer service is top notch. Today I received a little something totally unexpected from them...
And to top it all off, it was even hand written

And here is a picture of my jeep, everything bought from off road elements, and the help of Eric!

I worked with Eric to get a custom set of limb risers for my Jeep. He and Offroad Elements are definitely a customer service oriented business. Kudos to them (and thanks for the key fob and card).

I got one on Saturday, complete surprise! One of the reasons I like using offroad_elements is because they make u feel like family, and this just proves that point!

Agreed big time. All I've bought from them so far was their lug led third brake light kit, but they sent me washers to work with my teraflex hinge right away. My most recent experiences with Northridge have been kind of crappy and ORE is a lot closer to me - I suspect I'll be ordering more from them now that I know how much stuff they carry!

I ordered ace rails months ago which were backordered and they didn't let me know - it was up to me to realize they never shipped abd to find out what was going on. More recently my gf ordered me an sPOD for Christmas and an aev sweatshirt from NR. After their website update she wound up with two of the same sweatshirts in her cart and didn't realize it. They told her that they'd only refund the cost minus the shipping cost and that the shipping cost may make it not even worth send it back. The SPOD was ordered Dec 5 and spod is apparently having a supplier issue and yet again another item will not ship until January. I don't mind waiting because the people at spod have been absolutely awesome and I can understand the complications of dealing with suppliers as a small business. What I cannot understand is the lack of communication from Northridge. They absolutely suck in my opinion. I used to go out of my way to order from them over quadratec even though qtec stuff reached me next day and NR usually took about a week. After reading their return policy because of the sweatshirt issue I found that they never ever accept returns on lights or anything electrical, so that was kind of the final straw that told me not to deal with them anymore. Sure their prices are good, but it's just not worth the aggravation.

Were the rails ordered from off road elements or northridge? I have never had a problem with off road elements. The 35" bfg km2 I ordered were placed on back order and I was called immediately with the news. Off road elements has been the most helpful and most customer service oriented business I have ever dealt with

Thanks,
Sean

Rails were from Northridge. My one dealing with ORE was great and I'll be looking to them a lot more for coming parts.
