Gotcha. The only other company I have dealt with was rebel off road and they're great as well if ORE doesn't carry what you need

Thanks,

Between a pair of Dynatrac axles and ARB gear bags I've spent like $14,000 at Northridge in the last 12-18 months

I had a shipping mistake once and they fixed it right away and sent me a prepaid ups shipping label

Who did you deal with there? I've never had anything super customer friendly service and fast turnaround times

Yeah, I've heard good things about Rebel. The good thing is there's no shortage of competitors online so it's easier to go elsewhere than it was just 5 years ago.

I think last night I dealt with Eric, but I really can't be sure. I've had good experiences with them - they helped me get my Truck Lite harnesses warrantied when they could have just had me contact TL myself - but lately the dealings with them have been frustrating. They should at least let you know that your product is back-ordered, especially around Christmas time when people are ordering things as gifts.

edit: this was at Northridge - There's also Eric at OffRoad Elements

I ordered some stuff from these guys today. Great phone call. Wasn't in any hurry to rush off. Agreed with my order and didn't promote one product over another. Not only a good price but included shipping on top. Much cheaper than the off road store here in town, they seem to specialize in custom high end buggies and f-250's with 24's, and I'm around 1600 miles away. Definitely got a customer when they have something I need.

I actually live near Offroad Elements and have wheeled with Eric. Great guy and he's even helped me install some stuff on my Jeep that I bought elsewhere. My only complaint about him is you can hear him from 3 miles away with his new 37" mud grapplers he put on his JK.

And even with all the ridicule I get from guys in my club about my limb risers, I stil think they are one of the best products I have bought considering the types of trails we run here in New England.
