Any thoughts on finding a spring that will produce the correct ride height?
The correct height for what? I guess I'm getting confused on what the thought process is for removing spacers, adding 'taller' spacers, then adding 'taller' coils. And hoping the new longer shocks are still long enough for whatever height you end up at on the new taller coil/taller spacer combination?

You are currently at 5" of lift, correct? You don't need that height to run 35's. You could remove the spacers --> and the current shocks would be closer to the appropriate length, right?

Sorry for the confusion. I meant that I hoped to level the Jeep by taking out the two existing spacers and installing a single 2.5" spacer. Later, when funds permit, I would hope to ditch the spacer and just find a spring that would produce the needed lift without the spacer.

What is confusing to me is that the rears are also OME 2" lift springs with no spacers. How can this produce the same lift as the front 2" OME springs with an amount equal to 2 inches of spacers??? Here is a photo of my Jeep as it is currently set up.

Are there still tags on the coils? OME makes like 15 or 20 different coils for the JK. Most are listed as 2", but they will have different rates that are appropriate to different weight loads on the jeep.

In my case, the front 2" Heavy Duty coils gave about 3.25" and a very stiff ride. If I had a bunch of armor and gear and whatever to weigh down my jeep, I might have gotten 2.5" from them. Or, with the 2" Light Duty coils on a heavy jeep, it might be 1.5" or less. Coil rate and vehicle weight/load work together. It could even turn out that you have different rates front and rear. The numbers on the tags will tell you

One other thing worth mentioning is that our jk's come from the factory with a rake. The front is lower than the rear (for aerodynamics or whatever...) So as you have found, it can mean adding spacers to level

Later, when funds permit, I would hope to ditch the spacer and just find a spring that would produce the needed lift without the spacer.
Ya know what, just forget everything above, it doesn't matter. What lift height is 'the needed lift'? Put a number to it. Then we can help you narrow down the choice of coils that might get you to that height...

From reading between the lines above, you are currently at 5", you want to add another .5" by swapping spacers. So the 'needed height' is 5.5"? So you are looking at a quality 4.5" coil. (My 3.5" MC coils give a bit over 4.5" of lift, so a good 4.5" coil should get you to 'the needed height' of 5.5".)

Really nothing I'm seeing in regards to too much rake when looking at the pic you posted.

It is parked on an incline so the weight is shifted back. Measuring at the rear of the side steps versus the front of the side steps there is an inch difference.

Well, the front of the side steps do tend to hang down lower that the rear by design and their mounting points have some variation in them also.

Measure the front pinch seem to the ground and the rear of the pinch seem the same way instead and compare those. I really think some OCD is getting the best of you. Make sure to do that on both sides since the passenger's side in the rear tends to hang down further due to the gas tank and how full it is. You're going to replace the spacers with one which is a 1/2in taller, which means you're going to have to do a crap load of unbolting to get those springs to drop down far enough. Then you're going to have to re-adjust your control arms since your caster has now changed. Then you're going to do that all over again again later when you replace the springs where the only one who will likely notice a difference is you and it seems that may even be based off of an inaccurate measurement taken. Now that me be taking OCD to another level.
