Here ya go. You'll be fine with stock rims and 35's but you would just need 1.5" wheel spacers

Awesome jeep! Thanks for the support as well. Do you think the 3.25in suspension lift is to much, would I have to alter anything with that size. I really like the look with out the spare, might find a used tire and just get a rim and take it when I go wheeling. I just don't want to look back in four months and say damn wish I had the bigger lift.

I got quality coils and shocks from teraflex for around $700 i believe look into a kit from a sponsoring vendor, they'll give discounts to forum members and it doesn't hurt to mention you're a serviceman

Go bigger now if you have the means to do so. Youll regret the smaller lift

If you think you're going to stick with 35's I see no reason to go over 3". 3" is the limit for stock driveshafts. Over that, you are going to see fast premature wear. I personally like the lower COG for those off camber situations. Is it a two door or 4? If it’s a 4 door, doesn't hurt to have 3" or so for a little extra belly clearance, but 2.5" is still fine and perfect for a 2 door imo.

How does this combo sound

3.25 in suspension lift
35x12.50R17 NITTO Trail Grapplers MT

I would need wheel spaces with stock rims right? Would I be better of just picking up some after market rims with 4.5 inchs of backspacing. Is the taller lift going to effect anything.. driveshaft, even less MPG than a 2.5 inch lift, etc...

I really appreciate your help guys, only 30 days left here

Is there a way for anyone back here to get the Jeep to Rockwood, TN or meet halfway or something (about 6.5 hrs between us).

Not a bad setup at all. 2.5 vs 3.5" on 35's is just a personal preference, either will work just fine. But you maybe looking at new driveshafts shortly down the road over 3" of lift. But some run 4" stock DS no problems. And yea you need wheel spacers for the wider tires on stock wheels. I would still find out the brand of coils they are putting in.

I'm not sure why you'd go for only 4 tires. You could still mount it on your rear door, although it could be alittle weighty- there's ways around that. Personally, I've never understood not going for the five tires. Sure it's an extra cost but well worth it if you blow out or bust a bead.
My old boss had a '95 YJ, lifted it 3.5 with 33's. got the 4 tires and left the stock little dinky on the tail gate. BeYOND ridiculous looking.
The guy that suggested finding a used one as a spare is a good idea.

Right now no. My wife works Monday-Saturday, and all my buddies are currently deployed or about to deploy. I appreciate your generosity. The shop I was talking to has a pretty good reputation, he is cutting a little better deal for being an active duty Marine. If the 3.25inch is going to wear on my driveshaft I'd rather stick with the 2.5inch
