I understand your concern. I had a 2" lift and 32's on my old '91 Trooper with a Con Ferr rook rack and Dick Cepek lights mounted on top of that (ok, it was cool at the time, ok!). I did fine on all parking garages in Orange County except the one east of South Coast Plaza (actually the Performing Arts Center). Gaawwd what an awful sound it made with I crunched the lights, and bend down the very sturdy roof rack. It actually compressed the suspension down quite a bit. Needless to say, my date was NOT impressed! Luckily I had strong drip rails on it. Not so on the JK. Your worries are not unfounded.
I say lift it, then measure, and look before entering garages!

My parking structure says 6'0 and I have a Rubicon on the stock 32's with a 2" Full Traction BB. I fit fine. Hope that helps. Also, I tend to think they "undermeasure" to make clearence for morons like us who push the limits.

That would be the absolute best thing EVER!!! 10 to 12 JKs head to Mission Viejo Mall and crawl through the structure... picking lines and sliding on the ROOF RAILS - taking out plumbing and lights and signs...!
