Default Pedal Commander

HAs anyone installed a Pedal Commander? How do you like it? Did you notice a significant difference in throttle response?

I have never looked at anything like that before. Am I wrong in thinking that this same thing is basically accomplished by the various tunes a lot of people may be running on their JKs? Seems like a lot of those are playing with throttle control already, no?

I haven't tried one, but by all accounts they are quite a dramatic improvement over the factory lag. It's on my list.

I had one on my 2017 JKU and made a huge difference in throttle response. Made the JK feel like it should with no throttle lag.

Sounds like a knock-off of the Sprint Booster? There are plenty of posts on that one to read through, at least you can get some thoughts and opinions on the difference in performance feel for this type of product.

Subed too.
I am curious (as I know nothing about this) how this works with like an AEV etc...
I need the AEV because of a t case swap.

I'm fairly certain you can get the same result by pressing harder on the gas pedal. Doesn't it just modify the TPS signal to the computer so it sees a higher duty percentage?

You won't get the same result. Someone with a pedal commander will take you off the line and accelerate faster everytime. There is no lag in throttle response. It's a good investment for the money.

I'd need to see this proven. Is there proof?
