Just so you know for future ref, Quadratec has like a 15-30 day grace period for price matching (I used it a few weeks ago (10 days after my order was placed and received). Their customer service is awesome everytime I call. If they told you the price match has to be before shipping, A.) they change their policy, or B.) the sales rep did not have a clue.

yeah, but it doesn't matter cause 4WD raised there price from just over $700 to $839 in less than a month! That is $50 more than Quadratec!

Catch
Had the same thing happen to me with 4WD on a tire and wheel package. They kept on pushing delivery back a week (3 times) instead of telling me a realistic delivery date up front. Customer service was nice enough, I just hated the run-around. I eventually found what I wanted locally. 4WD has lost a customer.

Coincidence... Mine has been back ordered as well... been getting the same feedback... end of the month, one more week, etc. So I called them today to find out exactly what they had in stock and what is back ordered. Turns out they are just waiting on the front shocks... so I told them to cancel my front shocks and ship my back shocks w/the lift and see if they can ship today, they said yes... so now I'm just gonna order the fronts from QT or Northridge... and I should be set by next week.

Rubidonn, according to 4wd I am first on the forever long back order list. Don't you dare figure a way around the eternal wait! I am to the point that I am considering other options. I have the RE 2" and need a little more clearance for my tires. Any suggestions???

That's funny!! In a not so funny way ... Call them up... they have your lift waiting there ready to ship... they're just waiting on the front shocks. They are shipping mine out today minus the front shocks... If Northridge has them in stock, I'm gonna have them send me the fronts.

Don't you have an email confirmation of your order with 4wd? Didn't they send some kind of confirm showing the price that you could send to Quadratrac for them to match?

Just a thought.
