Poison spyder
Brawler Lite Bumper and Skid next purchase will be evap skid, bombshell diff cover when they get them for the dana 44's and the rear swing away bumper. Love the quality and look of their products and they are great to deal with and follow through with any issues quickly.
i have a brawler lite front bumper and skid, and rear bumper with tire carrier.

as stated already their stuff is top-freakin-notch. the fit and quality of their product amazed me when i unboxed it. the guys at the powdercoaters (who also do fab work) said that it is some of the best work they have seen. when the bumpers were installed everything bolted right up like it was factory.
ill be replacing my a.c.e. rock sliders (which are absolutely great products for the price) with their brand at some point in the future.

This is a picture of my PSC Flares and Brawler Lite just after the install. The body armor and rocker knockers are getting powder coated as we speak and the JKRockBrawler Rear Bumper is sitting in the garage.

Also did you mount a plate behind the spider?
Thanks
Hoping to add this bumper to my ride in a few weeks. I like the Bedlined look better than powder coating.
Thanks for all the feedback and questions fellas. Here are all the answers to your questions...I hope.
I got the PSC winch/fairlead mounting bracket and used that after I bedlined it.
I cut, primed, bedlined, and painted an aluminum panel with sunburst orange, aerosol touch-up paint, and Duplicolor clear-coat. I secured the panel using 3M Scotch-mount Molding Tape. here is a picture of the plate in its various stages of completion.
Rough Cut

Primed

Bedlined (Back-side)

Painted (Less clear-coat)

I used the Duplicolor 16.5 oz aerosol truck bed liner. I also used self-etching primer after roughing up the existing powder-coating with a combination of cup/crimp brushes and scotch-brite pads. I did not use any adhesion promoter, but it in hind-sight it would probably be beneficial to use that, just in case. I used 2 coats of primer on every surface of the bumper, winch plate, and the "Spyder Plate" behind the spyder. I used 4 coats of touch-up paint and clear coat on the spyder plate. I used 4 coats of bedliner on the winch plate. I used 4 coats of bedliner on the inside of the bumper. I used 8-12 coats of bedliner on the exterior faces. The top has less while the front, bottom, and sides have more since they will experience impacts. I measure the thickness on the front face at the spyder and it was 1/8" thick. That's roughly between .010-.015" thick per coat of bedliner.
I highly recommend this bumper. It is well constructed and strong, especially considering how light is it (<100 lbs). I don't mind powder coating, but the only finish that is available through Northridge 4X4 is a smooth, semi-gloss finish. I was looking for something more along the lines of the exterior plastic pieces like the mirrors, door handles, etc. Plus, I figured that if I scratch it up, it will be a whole lot easier to touch up and blend in the bedliner than the powder-coating.
Don't hesitate to post up more questions, or PM me if you want to regarding this. Eventually I will do a detailed write up on what I did. I'll post that when I'm done.
Cheers.
