On average, how much would it cost to get something that sized powder coated?

I will probably depend on your area. If you want it black you can order it that way from Dave Northridge for an extra $125. I am going with a Anthracite color. I was quoted $200 and it is the only place in my town that will do random colors so they got me by the b*lls.

I am bouncing back and forth between two choices. I am seriously thinking of having the fender flares powder coated something as close as they can get to rescue green. The front bumpber will be a dark gray and the rocker knockers tubes will be dark gray but leaving the plate the original aluminum color.

That is the plan for now. Fenders may end up gray too. Still deciding.

Seeing as how I'm buying one with plate gussets, I figured I'd better vote plate. Although the tube gusset will likely be better at preventing the top portion of the brawler bar from bending.

What exactly do you plan on doing to the bar?

Haha. I'm not PLANNING on doing anything. Just saying that the tube gusset would prevent bending better than the plate gusset. That's all.

I hope I don't hit anything hard enough to bend it back but with the way I drive anything is possible

Yeah but what if you hit the bar down low and have the tube gussets, no support in the middle, it'll bend there
