Prep work for welding in Evo gussets?
i know alot of ppl here have these, so post up ppl!!
No worries. In still getting what I asked for. Besides I'm bad for hijacking threads.
Any reason as to why the axle has to be hanging. Why can't it be sitting on jack stands on the axle?
I only ask because my jack stands are just tall enough to use on the frame.

i think because it allows the spring to stretch out enabling u to correctly seat the upper c gusset. try and put it in test fit on ground. it hits the spring. i am doing this on sat, and ill take and post pics for u guys in here.

Thats how much it would take for me to weld them for someone i didnt know. I did mine with the axle all together and it was a royal pain in the ass. Just having to weld a bit, cool it, move to the other side, cool it, move......pain in the ass. With the axle out of the jeep and the ball joints removed it could be done in 30 minutes or less probably. With the axle under the jeep and everything assembled, your looking at probably a couple of hours minimum.
