I got my alignment done last week. Clayton upper arms need extended 3" past stock length. Ended up with 4.5 deg caster and about 4 degrees pinion angle. Don't seem to have any vibration (running u joint driveshaft) I know it should be no more than 2 deg, but that would mean less caster ...... currently have no stabilizer and have had one instance of DW. Pretty f'n scary!

sdhexpert- We're again considering an adjustable track bar mount. As I said earlier, it won't suit everyone but we hope it covers most applications.

mvbeggs-One of the weak spots of the stock Rubi frontend is the axle circ-clips. They don't like to stay in place and tend pop out causing the axle ears to become damaged. Many PR44 customers are using our conventional housing so they could use a 30 sp ARB (or any other conventional or non-rubi diff).

jmolfino-In our PR44 housing selection (http://dynatrac.com/images/pdf/Choos...using_revC.pdf) PDF it states 'The ProRock 44 Unlimited housing has 10 degrees of separation between the pinion and caster axises. This allows the end user to run between 6 and 8 degrees caster with a pinion angle between 2 and 4 degrees pointed up.' You should be able to get more caster and less pinion angle from your set up.

As for a drain plug, there isn't any area beside the ring gear to allow a plug. The plug would have to go right in front of the ring gear and would require a protruding bulge in the lowest portion of the cover. This bulge would be very vulnerable to rock damage.
