OP, are you running 30 or 35 spline axles? I have heard the 35 spline can be more prone to leaking. I am running a ProRock 44 Unlimited, and am very satisfied with it. I have had absolutely zero issues of any kind. Mine was just a bare housing direct from Dynatrac with Prosteer ball joints, and I swapped the factory locker as well as installed 30 spline RCV axles. Definitely no leaks of any kind. I hope you get this figured out.
