You might want to consider getting a rubicon, I was lucky when I purchased mine they had the +++ pricing, I think I stole it sticker was close to 32K got it for 24K. Added the OME HD LT shocks, all the goodies track bars, drive shafts control arms, the OME kit netted 3.25 inches, still running the rubi tires and rims.

I'd price out the standard X, vs the rubicon, then factor in the difference the cost of lockers (you'll need them for any kind of moderate ++ wheeling) also the D44 front, and 4.10 gears. Also the rubi has the 4:1 transfer case, all great stuff when wheelin.
