I did not need to drill holes. The one hole was tight but it fit.

I haven't installed this bumper just yet due to the d-rings on backorder. I figured that i should just wait since the d-rings mount onto the same 8 bolts and it would be like installing it twice. BTW does anyone know when the d-rings will be available?
