It could be your throw out bearing. Mine does the same.

2011 4 door, 3.73, intake, exhaust, 4.7 throttle body, diablosport 87 tune, 3.5inch lift and 34.8inch duratracs. Run synthetic fluids and i run upper cylinder/injector cleaner every second oil change. Im getting 20+ on the highway and ive averaged as high as 18mpg on a tank. Thats using US gallons too. Depends on a few things. Weather, alt, driver, tire tp, fuel and other factors.

12, manual 3.73 with Falken Rocky Mts 35" with stock bumpers up 3" I was getting 19 mph. Add 1/4" steel Ace bumpers and rails probably 18.5.

4.88 with KM2's I'm around 17.5 mph. I do more suburb and freeway driving, not much city.

2007 jku 160000 Kms ,35x12.5 Mickey T Baja ,4" lift, headers, full exhaust, throttle body, air intake, sprint booster and super chip, winch, bumpers and 4:10 auto. 350 KM on full tank city, 400 km full tank hwy / city. With O/D off 350km every tank . So I think that's around 14 to 15 MPG. Don't care just enjoy driving it.
