I paid $1900 for superior 4.56 gears installed at coast drive line. That's the place that makes coast drive shafts in Ventura California.

I was quoted about $1300 for master kits and 5.13 gears, or $1900 with the same and a trutrac in the rear.....just saving up now

Go to a reliable shop near you. I had a few other cheap quotes but heard issues with there work. Just got to trust who your taking it to.

I would rather pay an extra $200 bucks for a good company that stands behind the work and knows what they are doing

I get most of my stuff done at a local Midas. I went to school with the manager and he takes good care of me there. I just dont know what size gears to get. What would the benifets be for each size? I have 33" tires is there a gear that would be good to get now that would be good for a 35 or 37 later?

All depends on auto/stick and type of driving you do mostly. Don't want to much gear if you do a lot of high way driving. But if you plan on larger tires always good to have a little more gear.

My buddy has a jku on 35s with 4.88 on a stick shift. Most say with an auto and 35s go 5.13 maybe 5.38 but on a dana 30 the pinion gets kinda small.....everyone has there own opinion on what should be used

I dont do a lot of highway driving. It is my DD but I got it because I like to go on the trails, in the mountains and the hills. I have an automatic other than the lift kit and 33inch tires everything underneth is stock

Honestly, knowing that and you said you do want larger tires....i would go 5.13 just because you will want more gear with 35s and the auto trans. May seem like a racecar with the 33s tho
