I agree on the 5:13's. Great with 35's and would also be good with 37's if you ever go that route.

X2 for pre 2012 I would go 5.13. If I had a 44 front, I would have gone 5.38. And this is mainly for highway driving more than off road benefits. I've ranged 13-16 mpg city/hwy with my setup.

I have a 2011 Rubicon auto with 5.38's. Great driving around town, highway and all over the Colorado hills/mountains. I get around 14-16 mpg now rather than 10 with the 4.10's. I'm upping to 37's very soon though which is another reason I went with 5.38's rather than the 5.13's. If you dont have a Rubicon then get the 5.13's.

All the research I can find points to 4.56's for the best all around gear for the 3.6/auto trans/35's. Is this incorrect? Looking to make this move in the future and hoping to get it right the first time.

i have 5.13's after doing some research on this forum, i think some people even recommend going higher. i have a 4" lift and 35" tires.

There is no reason not to go with 5.38s, they are not too low with 35s, really with a 2010 auto you need as low as possible.
