Anyone out there have a JK 4-dr lifted 4in or more with an Aussie locker and notice that the front seems "heavier" as far as rolling power, meaning even unlocked it's causing more resistance than an open diff. Also, do you notice a diff sound coming from the front top cv / transfer case area. My TF case has already been replaced and both the stock ds and the aftermarket jereel make the same damn noise, different joints and all. Could the effect of the ds having more rotational slack in it all the time be affecting either the driveshaft joints or affecting the TF case in some way. The sound kicks in at about 40mph in 2wd. The frt diff has been taken down a few times and the locker inspected aswell, all in spec, so the sound doesn't appear to be traveling .If you have carpet in your jk, you may not notice it as much.
