I just regeared my 2012 auto from 3.21's too 4.56's with 35" Nitto trail grapplers and the 4.56's are the perfect setup. 4.88 would be way too much gear if you plan on running the hwy at 65-75 mph

Default ok ill retract then i thought 3.6 had plenty of sack to pull 35s with

3.73 and 410s pull 35s no prob .

now see this guy has the 4.56 and said the same as me that 4,88 would be overkill ! I guess its a crap shoot id never go to 4.88 gearing for highway dd and 35s but if you think so go for it id rather keep the dam 3.21 s

Anyone who comments and does not have an 12-13 auto has no idea what they are talking about its not just the engine the auto trans changed and they reduced the overall gear ratio in overdrive from .69 in the 07-11 4 speed too .83 on the new 5 speed.

I said 4.56, but that I would consider 4.88. Give it a rest and enjoy what works best for you. One doesn't need to own a certain model to "know", just look at gear chart...

Yes look at it depending on the 35's ( my nitto's run larger than most 35's) on the hwy w4.88's you would be at 2700-2800 rpm Way too much!

Swaite have you noticed an improvement in mpg? After my own regear I am starting to doubt tangible improvements can be made.
