removing spacers help
Take the nuts that are holding the spacer to the hub off. Then put your tire back on the spacer with just a couple lug nuts. Wiggle the tire. Your spacer will likely come off.
If you can't get those nuts off, you're going to need a lot of heat and probably some Pb Blaster.

Poison Spyder no longer offers wheel spacers due to issues with them. They have decided not to continue them.
I would recommend going with a different brand since you have had these issues and you're aware of the problem. Because PS is owned by trans maybe they could warranty them for a different brand?
Synergy spacers are also hub centric and adequately priced.

Or buy rims/wheels with offset equivalent to the OEM with spacer combo and get rid of the spacers entirely. The wheel - tire combo will stick out just like it does now and no worries about failing spacers.
Discount tire probably is using too many Uga Ugas to tighten the wheel down. Discount shops are brutal with impact tools and spacers simply aren't compatible with them. I have heard lots of people complain about snapping studs on those PS spacers though.
I have used G2 spacers as well, they're hub centric.

Yep, what he said. I can't imagine the stud breaking if properly torqued. Some monkey-head rammed them with an impact, I would ALMOST guarantee it. Never impact them. Loc-Tite the spacer nuts and pull them to torque, then install the wheel and second set of nuts and pull them to torque. Like magic.... nothing breaks!
Thanks for all the advice. I'm going to replace the back two with a different brand. The front two I will keep checking and replace when I do the front brakes. I will try contacting PS again. Again , thanks
