Retreads - Load Range D or E?
I skimmed through this thread and just thought I'd add my $.02 since I have had the TW 35's (315/70r17) on my jeep for about a month. TW's customer service is 2nd to none. They are extremely pleasant to deal with and accommodating. The tires themselves have been excellent. I have load range D and the tires were built on BFG AT carcasses. The ride is quite fine. I think with E on a daily driver, it would be too stiff. If I ever have any troubles with my TW's, I'll be sure to post on here. Most people that have bought them are very impressed. A lot of the people that say "I dont trust them" or "they are garbage" have never used them.
I'm being optimistic. They are a good american company, I'll give them a try and form my own opinion. So far so good.

Update: after 1 month of 95% onroad mileage and 5% offroad mileage, I'm still very impressed with the quality of the Wardens. No issues whatsoever, and they've barely worn as of yet.
I have the 285/70/17 Wardens on BFG AT carcasses. I have run them for about 8k miles so far. They have handled well in the mud and rain as well as normal driving conditions. They have worn well and the tread still looks great. I just wish I would have gone with the 315 instead of the 285. I'm def gonna go with Treadwright again when the time comes.
I have had my guard dogs for almost 3 years.
they are a great tire. I'm thinking of going to their 35's when these get done, if not I'll get another set of 33's
they will make it through this winter hopefully, but they are getting worn down.
when I bought them, I only expected them to last a year.

These are the 315's load range D and I like everything about them (except for the high hum on the road)... Super sticky with kedge grip option, especially after 3k on them. I can see the tiny 'pits' in the tires after they lose the walnut shells! Eager to see their winter-weather traction in Colorado... BLUF: will buy again and again. Putting them on Wife's SUV.
... was gonna do the 33" Backbone but they dont do them in 17s anymore. Then I am thinking, might as well go deep and narrow with a 35! Thats where I am at- looking for reviews of GUARD DOGS in mud and deciding between 33s and 35s.
