ripp sc gen 2 w/ intercooler
With the SuperChips Tow tune, my 0-70 time was 15.54 seconds.
With the SuperChips 93 Octane Tune, my 0-70 time was 15.64 seconds.
With the RIPP V2.1 tune, my 0-70 time is 12.64 seconds!
The RIPP SuperCharger and their stock tune cut 3 seconds off of my 0-70 time! 3 seconds is remarkable for a bolt-on mod.
I was also able to get a 0-60 time with the SuperCharger for you. My run was 8.93 seconds. You can see my profile for the Jeep specs, but is is clearly a heavy rig to get moving. A sub-9 second run-time is impressive.
The guys at RIPP are awesome to work with. They are already working on version 2.2 of their tune. We've been exchanging some ideas about increasing throttle sensitivity, faster shifting, etc. that may be able to shave a bit more time off of the numbers. I'll update when I have more info.
RIPP Rocks!
Hey gang, I was playing around with the Diablo today and I modified the Throttle Sensitivity parameter. I like having more instantaneous power. Anyhow, I decided to do another 0-60 run and video tape it. Turns out that the Throttle Sensitivity change I made actually cut .49 seconds off of my time. I went from 8.93 seconds to 8.44 seconds!
Here's the video of the run.

I am one of the ones who is pretty darn happy with the 3.8 but would love more power. I don't think the expense and work involved in the hemi swap is for me. The ripp seems great.
Where I feel I need more power is for merging/passing and on longer trips where I am on a grade and there just doesn't seem to be quite enough power to keep it in OD. How does the ripp seem for just highway cruising? Obviously, the acceleration is there.

BTW, before doing this run, I made certain that my speedo was properly calibrated with my GPS. It is spot on at all speeds.

I didnt mean to imply that there was funny business going on JKerr
CBoyler and I were just trying to decipher the metric system in all its complexities since you have the metric tire size on your stats. Ok, Ok so its NOT so complex, the tire size calculator I was using must be of sub standard quality... that or Im a moron. Neither would surprise me
Glad your getting some good numbers outta the RIPP! I only wish I had the cash to drop on it too!
Edit: You were right, 34.4

I shot this video that may help. My video production skills could use some work, but I was trying to show what living with a RIPP Supercharger is like driving around Chicago.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjxcgPpdsyk To be clear on the specs, I have a RIPP SuperCharger, No Intercooler, stock exhaust headers, MBRP cat-back exhaust, 315/70R17's, ExpeditionOne front/rear bumpers, 3" TF Lift and a Warn Winch up front. It is a heavy rig. No other engine or driveline modifications have been made.

Next weekend I'm going to Dyno/Tune. There's probably some hidden horsepower in there. The RIPP programing has to be conservative since they are sending the program all around the world. It has to work in all climates, pressures, elevations, etc.; however, I can honestly say I'd be fine running it as is. My Jeep is running great. I'm just a gearhead. I want to see how much I can get out of it. I'll share the results when I have them.

Damn metrics.
