I wanted to close this issue out. Ripp sent a total of three different tunes. I went through the install tune/drive a couple hundred miles or so and check sensors. I don't know what they did, but the last tune got me to the point of only one "not ready" sensor and that is okay with Texas. So now i'm once again legal. Ripp came through in the end.
