I had one complaint, if you can even call it a complaint....

IF you decide to get RK's bump stops, there are no instructions on how to install them. The rears are self explanatory, but the fronts require you to drill and tap the front lower spring perches. Rather than do that, I drilled and ran to my nearest home improvement store and got two 3" bolts with matching lock nuts. Besides that, the instructions were great and everything went together awesome. Couldn't be happier with the ride, and can't wait to test it out on some trails!

Is your jeep sitting at stock height with 35s in the first picture?

sucks to hear about the DS..i was leaning towards this kit as it was under 3" and would have avoided upgrading drive shafts. If i have to do shafts i might as well go with the 3.5

Rather then replacing the shaft with a 1310 or a 1350, I'm taking my Jeep to a friends exhaust shop and having him relocate the crossover pipe (right infront of the crossmember) a few inches back so it is much closer to the crossmember. I know Teraflex sells a spacer to do the same thing, but I feel better having an exhaust shop permanently modify the exhaust. Plus it's only $40 more than the spacer.

to the op or anyone else, did you guys need to add longer rear sway bar links? These are included in the max travel 2.5 kit.

What is everyone running for front lower control arm length with this lift?

I set mine 1/8" over what the spec was in the kit. Running a tape from center eye to eye center opposite.

I DD my rig and have wheeled it on some decent rock trails. Flex is sick and the ride is great on the street (Better than the stock rubi) I run TF 2.5" Bumpstops without the factory snubber. I can flex both axles into an "X" and the coils have juuuuust enough tension to stay put while NOT rubbing 35" tires with BW flat fenders.

I recommend a retainer of sorts (Band clamp or spring clips) for the springs. MAKE SURE to set your front anti-sway bar links to level with frame rails once weight of jeep is on the ground. Some guys with the auto disco have reported to flip them (the links) backwards while out on the trail and @ Max travel.

All in all Nothing but raves about my Jeep's ride I have to say.
