I have a question guys. I'm considering going with the new 2.5 Flex kit on my 2012 Unlimited Rubi. It has the same coils as the max travel. I'm going to run 35s and flat fenders. Will I need to order bumpstop extensions?

With flat fenders you may not need them. I would put everything on and cycle the suspension to see if the tires hit at full stuff. Then you can determine what size bump stops, if any, you will need.

I ended up doing mine solo too, it just took hours more. If I had to flex the suspension to fit in a spring I had to lower the vehicle on a tranny lift to raise the suspension on one side or the other. A buddy would make that part much faster. Took me 8 hours installing terra flex BB 2.5 kit in the auto hobby shop on base with hydraulic lifts, multiple tools, etc. A few caveats to that, I'm pretty decent mechanically but that was my first suspension lift. Extra set of hands would be nice, but not required.

Another person is REALLY helpful when you're bleeding the brakes.
