Would the crc kit help me being that I have a rk lift and what about doing a rk 3 link rear vs the crc

I'm not familiar with the RK 3 link.
The CRC is bolted around the rear differential. If this RK link is attached there, a CRC can't be installed.
If not sure, I'd check with both RK and Full Traction.

Where the curves are, near the rear axle, the stock exhaust is in the way, I'm not sure about your exhaust.

This install shows where the stock exhaust is cut:

The rk 3 link is an upgrade I ca n get it has an arch over the pumpkin in the rear eliminates the rear track bar and upper control arms
