i noticed that RK sells a "gusset kit" for the front track bar bracket. i was thinking about getting it, but i may be getting a high steer kit that uses its own bracket anyway, so i haven't added the gussets yet, since i don't know if they would interfere with the new bracket, and i don't want to have to cut them off later.

Oh I know....It may just have been a problem in the KJ, but apparently it made them entirely to weak....it was a good lift on the street, but could take no abuse

I had the RK 4" long arm kit on my '04 Unlimited and it kicked ass. I would have put their kit on my JK if it were out when I wanted to lift it.

Ok this comment is only about average build quality on Rockkrawler lifts. I ordered a 6.5 LA for my XJ last year and the only complaint I have is about the powdercoating on the parts. It started flaking right from the get go when I opened the box and started manipulating the parts. Aside from that, I think the design was probably good.
